It has been my sincere pleasure to work with Anji Lang for the sale of my home. I re-listed my home with Anji in November and closed the sale the first week of January. Anji literally did more for me in two weeks than my previous agent did over 6 months. I was completely sold on her abilities and professionalism during the interview. My initial impressions were re-enforced from start to finish by the extraordinary efforts she made to ensure the timely sale of my home. Just a few examples are how she interviewed and visited the neighbors, brought cookies and bread over to the house, she made and handed out flyers at 6:00 am at the Bernalillo Rail Runner stop, took my dog to the park when I could not make it for a showing and even helped with the move. From start to finish she provided me with updates on progress at least two to three times a week and always made me feel informed and part of the process. Our property was a large home on almost 4 acres with a large heated workshop/barn. After more than a year on the market with almost no showings, I asked a friend if she knew of a good Realtor. She quickly said, “Anji Lang” and then proceeded to tell me that NO ONE would work harder to sell our home than Anji.

We made the change and immediately Anji put together a beautiful brochure and flyers. She contacted me frequently to brainstorm with me what kinds of groups she could market the house to…..and followed up on ALL of them. She personally talked with neighbors and businesses near us to promote the house and leave brochures. She was constantly promoting our property. One day while talking with another agent who was saying her clients needed a workshop, Anji pitched our house and when the agent indicated the buyers had looked at it online and did not seem interested, Anji encouraged them to come and look at the workshop anyway just to see it. Anji was referred to us and came to our home to list our residence on Vista Grande in Albuquerque. Anji had done her homework on the Real Estate values in our area and after some discussion we agreed on an asking price. She took photographs, measured our home and installed our FOR SALE sign. My family came to America on a job opportunity that was going well. We had been renting a home and suddenly found out that it would no longer be available. That morning we thought that everything was fine, but the afternoon left us stressed not knowing what to do. On Sunday we decided to drive around looking for open houses. Why did we pick that open house and not another? Probably our good luck guided us. We visited that first house that was about to be closed, a nice one with 4 bedrooms, finding pros and cons and, of course, each of us having a different opinion. Anji is one the nicest, most professional real estate agents that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She treated us like friends not just another commission check. Anji has been phenomenal! We were first time homebuyers who really did not have a clue where to start. We found Anji and she was more like our best friend than a Realtor. We expected our Realtor to take a day or two to get back to us on most occasions. Anji is truly gifted at what she does. She is such a hard worker, so joyful and positive, and her determination is unlike anything I’ve seen before. She sold our home in ONE DAY, holding our open house in a HAIL STORM. Read that again! All the other open houses in the area were

canceled, but Anji threw on her mud boots and put out signs and DID IT ANYWAY. One day on the market. You would be doing yourself a favor to work with Anji Lang. This woman is simply the best there is.

As our listing agent, Anji did a beautiful job of marketing the property, using stunning photos for the brochures plus an aerial and walk-through video for our customized website. She then walked through the immediate neighborhood twice to invite long-time neighbors to a private showing and party. After that, she hosted several Realtor tours, including one that brought in a bus of over 100 Realtors and offered prizes to participants. Talk about going above and beyond!

She then brought us three offers from which to choose, presenting them side by side so we could see the pros and cons of each. Her negotiating skills gave us the best possible advantage. After we had the property in escrow, she even helped organize and set up an estate sale that drew over 1000 people.

Selling our property was no easy feat, but Anji handled everything with ease and grace. We could not have picked a more skillful or dedicated agent.
